The whole concept of an AI Face Swap has been around for as long as mankind ever dreamed of Artificial Intelligence. I’m pretty sure we’ve always had the same fantasy of being able to switch out one lovely mug for another, but our daydreams were more magic-based, primitive fantasy versus modern sci-fi. Over the last year or so, those fantasies have been made reality, and the technology keeps getting better. The platform we’ll be looking at today steps up the game over the apps released just months ago, with video face-swapping capabilities on top of the usual photographic tomfoolery.
